A global team leader with over 30 years of experience, Rupa has led a broad range of functions driving business outcomes. With a strong foundation in engineering, she possesses a passion for problem-solving by partnering with clients, collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and developing and motivating key talent. Rupa has significant expertise in workforce strategy and outsourcing, corporate real estate and workplace, project management, and risk management.

In my years managing capital plans for a financial institution, there was nothing more sacred to our internal clients than a job well done, on time and within budget. Having smart and efficient project managers that deliver high quality standards are worth their weight in gold. These are the project managers that let you sleep at night.
